Sanaa El Azzi is a creative leader with an insatiable appetite for innovation and a razor-sharp strategic mind. Her expertise transcends traditional media, spanning a wide range of creative and business ventures.

With an academic background rooted in Communication and Journalism, Political Science, and Law from Université Saint Joseph de Beyrouth—further enhanced by a post-graduate diploma in Digital Business from MIT and Columbia Business School—Sanaa brings a rare blend of analytical depth and creative instinct to every project.

Following a successful corporate career, she shifted her focus to the creative production industry, where her ability to marry vision with execution quickly earned her a reputation for delivering bold, high-impact content. She has worked with leading companies across the Arab World and Europe, earning recognition as one of the region’s most reliable and forward-thinking professionals.

In 2010, Sanaa co-founded Highways Arabia with her partner, Caline Nassif. As General Manager and Creative Director, she has shaped the company’s identity as an independent powerhouse, known for producing exceptional content—from groundbreaking digital formats to large-scale cinematic experiences.

Under her leadership, Highways has grown into one of the most respected and innovative production companies in the region. Sanaa is known for pushing boundaries—constantly reimagining what content can achieve when powered by strong narratives, strategic insight, and cultural relevance.

With a Master’s degree in Cinematographic and TV Studies, Caline NASSIF began her career in the fast-paced world of news before seamlessly transitioning into entertainment, where her methodical approach and executional strength quickly set her apart. She worked with leading Arab broadcasters, consistently delivering high-caliber content on time and on brief.

Known for her sharp eye and systematic mindset, Caline has built a reputation as a results-driven executive producer who brings structure, clarity, and consistency to every production. Her focus has always been on delivering exactly what the client needs—flawlessly and efficiently.

In 2010, she co-founded Highways Arabia with Sanaa El Azzi and has since served as Head of Production and Executive Producer. Her operational discipline and ability to manage complex productions with rigor have been instrumental in building the company’s strong track record and trusted industry reputation.

Caline is respected not only for her attention to detail but for her ability to make things happen—on schedule, on budget, and always at the highest standard.
